Facilities Maintenance Planning provides software and associated facility operations and planning services to school districts in support of maintenance teams, planners, and CBOs responsible for maintenance, capital planning and project execution.

Founded in 2014 by David Randolph and Eric Hall, FMP is built on David’s unique combination of forty years of hands-on construction, bond program management, and student equity seeking, experience.

Our three interconnected software suites, Summit-Comprehensive Predictive Maintenance, Ticket-Work Order Dispatch, and Pocket-Connecting Mobile Application, provide the managerial and capital needs forecasting backbone for district maintenance operations and planning.
